Production Technician

Extract Labs, a leading hemp product manufacturing facility, is actively seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level opportunity allows you to play a vital role in our diverse product line, including gummies, tinctures, topicals, and vapes.

As a Production Technician, you will primarily assist on our gummy production line while also supporting formulation and packaging across all product categories. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 9 AM-5PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Weigh and mix raw ingredients to perfection for product formulations.
• Execute meticulous final packaging procedures for all products.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any formulation or manufacturing challenges promptly.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of production activities and uphold strict quality control standards.
• Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to cleanliness standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous related experience is advantageous, but not required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of mathematics for precise weighing and mixing tasks.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong commitment to detail and unwavering dedication to maintaining product quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
