We are in the search of a Production Supervisor for our Frostproof, Florida location. This individual will provide leadership and management in a food manufacturing environment. This key leadership position requires the ability to coach and direct other leaders and Production Associates while collaborating with internal and external resources and support functions to meet production requirements and exceed company goals. This position will report to the Production Plant Manager and is responsible for providing leadership and support to the operations and sanitation teams.

Hours
- Full time job
- Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM
- Weekend availability needed based on production's demands.
Salary
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience)
