RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offers instruction and a work environment that enables staff members to perform as productively and well as possible in their jobs.
• Oversees worker performance and offers constructive or remedial criticism.
• Through proactive employee involvement and communication, departmental and corporate goodwill is promoted.
• Plans and arranges labor, supplies, equipment, and products to use departmental policies and procedures as effectively and efficiently as possible while upholding standards set for overall quality, safety, and employee happiness in the workplace.
• Encourages safety in every part of the workspace used by the team.
• In collaboration with other departments, it conducts investigations and offers recommendations in the areas of yield control, equipment maintenance, cost reduction, technique improvement, and quality enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 3+ years of Supervisor experience.
• Protein Conversion Experience is Preferred.
• Must have good communication skills. 
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Must have computer skills.
• Must be able to work designated days and hours, occasionally on the weekends, as needed.
