Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team
- Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team
- Triage production issues and drive them to resolution
- Drive and report on incident SLA compliance
- Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues
- Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues
- Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings
- Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents
- Create release notes for production defect fixes
- Provide daily guidance and direction to production support tester
- Expected Deliverables:
- Release notes
- SLA reports
- Testing progress reports
Required Skills:
- Experience in leading a team
- Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC
Preferred Skills:
- Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems
- Experience with testing processes
- Experience with a ticket management system.
