DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for supporting Production Scheduling activities by working closely with internal customers. Duties range in nature from data entry, reporting, quality checks, and other miscellaneous duties.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- PC/Microsoft office skills; Ability to learn new software and/or operating systems.
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions; Work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and think clearly in difficult or stressful situations.
- Deductive reasoning.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and handle large amounts of emails and phone calls simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phones calls
- Provide data entry for multiple departments, including, but not limited to, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, etc.
- Assist with the creation and approval of certification packets
- Assist with document control of Contract Review Files
- Assist with miscellaneous document control processes as needed
- Provide audit/review of various internal documents and system files as needed
- Other duties as required
