Our client is currently seeking to add a Production Scheduler/Planner to their operations team. The main focus of this role will be to implement the production schedule for manufacturing activities while working closely with all departments to coordinate customer requirements, plant capabilities and manpower in order to achieve scheduling deadlines. This person will learn the ropes from more experienced members of the team and become an expert in the PCB industry. What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules and distribute assignments to the Production Leads.
- Balance existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput.
- Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible.
- Communicate with supply chain team regarding material availability and shortages.

What we are looking for:
- ERP/MRP experience
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping, QRM, and Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Associate's Degree or two years of college
- 2-5 years previous scheduling experience
