Role Overview: The Interlayer Technician’s primary function is to keep the lamination lines supplied with interlayer while getting the best yield possible. These team members are also responsible for adjusting inventories and various other duties inside the room. Cultivating a positive working environment through partnerships with fellow team members, management, and fellow Interlayer Technicians across all the shifts is a primary duty of the Interlayer Technician.
Essential Functions:
- Work with Interlayer Coordinator to ensure that specified clean room standards are maintained.
- Use and care of all interlayer and clean room equipment.
- Understanding of B.O.M. and different interlayer types/uses.
- Use of STRADA and CLEARPATH Software.
- Use and understanding of Inventory system.
- Reading and comprehension of the schedule [English].
- Move interlayer using racks, carts, & hoists.
- All other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to cover for lamination line team members, if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Our monthly profit sharing program provides potential earnings of $31.01-$32.53 per hour at 160 hours per month, once eligible, and is dependent upon the plant's profitability.
Gross figures listed below do not include taxes, benefit deductions, overtime earnings, HSA/401(k) employer contributions, etc., nor do they factor in possible unpaid absences and should not be considered as a guaranteed wage figure*
2nd shift [40 hours/week]: $20.40/hour starting + (up to) 52% of gross monthly earnings for full-time team members = $64,496.64*
3rd Shift [40 hours/week]: $21.40/hour starting + (up to) 52% of gross monthly earnings for full-time team members = $67,658.24*
