What You Will Do:

• Schedule to Capacity

o Meets or exceeds goals for weekly installation dollars.
o Ensures the move-up and projects on-hold lists are maintained.
o Maintains the plumber’s schedule.
o Works Closely with production managers to maximize crew efficiencies.

• Give Out New Job Install Dates
• Works with Sales Reps to schedule installations in a timely manner.

• Crew Communication

o Works to ensure our crews have what they need to be successful at their installations, including accurate and timely communication about job and customer details.

• Project Special Needs

o Schedules diggers hotline.
o Orders job permits and schedules inspection.
o Prepares project change orders.
o Schedules any miscellaneous project special needs.

• Customer Satisfaction

o Serves as the point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, and solving problems.
o Resolves scheduling conflicts timely and efficient.
o Performs confirmation calls.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of demonstrable experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to see the picture while paying high attention to every detail.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications is required, plus the ability to navigate software programs.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
