The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of production scheduling, ensuring a seamless process from forecasting purchase orders to coordinating container arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Scheduling:

• Oversee the entire production scheduling process, including forecasting purchase orders with overseas suppliers.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring timely scheduling of all items.
  

2. Container Coordination:

• Coordinate containers to ensure timely arrivals and efficient utilization.
• Maximize container scheduling for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Purchase Order Management:

• Generate purchase orders following specified directions and requirements.
• Track transit times and provide regular updates on shipment statuses.

4. Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with overseas suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Utilize email communication to ensure smooth coordination throughout the production process.

5. Data Management:

• Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in forecasting to anticipate production needs and optimize scheduling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Production Scheduling Management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in generating and managing purchase orders.
• Transit time tracking expertise.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
