Production Planner/Scheduler

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Planning, scheduling, releasing, and tracking of workflow from Engineering through the manufacturing department

· Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations

· Function as the focal point in creating a production schedule using an MRP system (M3/Preactor)

· Ensure data integrity for all components of the MRP system

ABSOULTE MUST FOR SELECTED CANDIDATE:

· Significant experience in scheduling the production of multiple “child” component parts required to assemble a “parent” finished good while considering complex sequencing of operations

· Communicate and then work to resolve issues

· Able to evaluate, develop and evolve an MRP system

KEY COMPETENCIES

· Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities

· Highly proficient with manufacturing MRP systems and software

· Impeccable organizational and project management skills

· Driven, ambitious, dependable, self-starter

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated prior work experience

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning component parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
