Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs set-up and operation of high speed printing and inserting equipment to support production
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Closely supervised involving routine, repetitive tasks
• Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing Production Operations
• Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 1st (6 am – 2 pm), 2nd (2 pm – 10 pm) or 3rd shift (10 pm – 6 am), Monday – Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of similar production experience
• Understanding of basic math
• Ability to work with basic computer programs
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to stay current on and strictly adhere to current operating specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
