Night Shift Machine Operator - Duties and Responsibilities: All prospects will be trained on site on day shift (6am)!

- Learns to independently run machines (such as centerless grind machines) according to specifications

- Operates multiple machines at once, including centerless grind machines, robotic machines, milling machines, and deburring stations to produce parts or products
- Manages and maintains the robotic functions
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Understands and learns how to read gauging of the products from the machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Night Shift Machine Operator - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience with tooling and machining processes
- Ability to handle materials and operate machinery safely
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Ready to learn a new trade

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
