Production Manager

Make Sure You Have Fun™ is seeking an experienced Production Managerto join our team on an as-needed basis for events produced by Make Sure You Have FunTM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live events, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our talent and guests. The Production Manager will work closely with the event team to ensure a smooth and successful event from load-in to load-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage talent's load-in and set-up for events, including coordinating with event staff to

ensure smooth and timely transitions.

• Provide hospitality to talent, including drink tickets and setting up green rooms.

• Communicate guest list, event information, and pertinent event details to the box office

and staff.

• Ensure all equipment is properly set up, tested, and working before the event.

• Manage event staff, including coordinating schedules and tasks as needed.

• Assist with event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and execution of event

details.

• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event, and coordinate with

appropriate parties to resolve them.

• Oversee load-out and clean-up of the event space.

• Meet with staff regularly to receive team updates and announcements.

• Payout talent.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.

• Customer service experience and ability to provide excellent hospitality to talent and

guests.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

• Previous experience in event production or related field.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed (sometimes as late as 3AM).
