The Production Manager will lead the existing production team and share our vision to grow from there. We rely on processes that we have developed to make sure we deliver a quality service to our clients every single time.

- You have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- You have 5 years of experience in the roofing or construction industries
- You can demonstrate skill in coaching and mentoring - many on our crews are young
- You can use technology well - we utilize it often for efficiency and communication
