Weekend Breakfast Attendant
Saturdays and Sundays 5:30am-12pm
$15.00/HR
Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage items are properly displayed and stocked
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections and answer any questions they may have
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, including beverages, according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a consistent supply for guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the safety and quality of food served
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sanitation, hygiene, and safety
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation management software is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with banquet operations is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
