We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of jobs. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Ensure that production targets are met within budget and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards
- Implement and maintain production policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely material orders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of production staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues, would be a bonus
