Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of our e-commerce platform and deliver a frictionless experience for both customers and suppliers.
- Utilize your in-depth e-commerce expertise to plan and execute initiatives which will enhance our online shopping platform's performance, customer engagements, supplier satisfaction and overall user experience.
- Optimize the purchase flow by identifying and eliminating friction points, streamlining processes, and enhancing the checkout experience to drive higher conversion rates.
- Work effectively across departments with appropriate stakeholders to gather requirements to understand actions need to complete end goal in accordance with timeline.
- Enhance e-commerce operations ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management and data synchronization.
- Oversee the design and implementation of ratings and recommendation systems, enabling customers to make informed purchase decisions and enhancing trust in our brand and process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, as well as marketplace optimization.
- Hands on experience with a functional understanding of popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce and Amazon.
- Experience with ERP integration and data synchronization.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
