Production Line Supervisor - 2Nd Shift

What does a Production Line Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? 
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure the Production Line is operating safely, efficiently, and all products produced maintain the highest standards of consumer quality. 
Shift Time: 2pm - 10:30pm (Mon - Fri, some weekends. This is an hourly role) 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Production Line associates to drive efficiency and performance of key business indicators for Production, Quality, Safety, and Environmental relative to production processes
• Communicate daily with Shift Production Supervisor, Supply Planning and Raw Materials Planning to ensure optimized production schedules, and production output is in accordance with planning needs
• Oversee the lines operational efficiency, cleaning, and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supervise, and provide professional development and training for production personnel

 Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 - 3 years of work experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
