This position requires a thorough knowledge of the print and finishing industries, including familiarity with vendors and suppliers. This position also performs other projects for the company as needed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and monitors the production activities associated with jobs for assigned customers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Establishes production schedules for the work flow of multiple jobs.
- Designates appropriate machines for each job.
- Conducts daily meetings to review master schedule and discuss specific projects and their effect on equipment and staff.
- Ascertains that specifications of jobs are in accordance with specifications quoted.
- Ascertains that jobs are scheduled to meet customer timelines and efficient use of production machinery.
- Coordinates ordering of materials and outside services.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with scheduling and the printing or finishing industry
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Follow up skills
- Good telephone skills
- Typing/word-processing skills
- Work is performed in an administrative office setting.
- Must be flexible and available to work additional hours when necessary
