General Accountabilities:
- Approve new roof jobs in CRM
- Monitor milestones in CRM Pipeline
- Call homeowners to schedule
- Check material orders and place the orders, input order confirmations into CRM
- Double check supply house pricing to invoices
- Schedule/Follow up with subcontractors for gutters, interior work, etc.
- Quality Control job sites from office, check all photos, ensure field checklist is being followed by jobsite Supervisor & Salesmen
- Follow up with Supervisors and Sales Representatives for updates on the job
- Follow up on payment/checks from the jobsites
- Close out replacement jobs at the end of the day which includes putting in payments and expenses in CRM file, running P&L report for every job
- New roof replacements crew labor payroll
- Register Warranties
- Answer incoming calls, use script to take incoming leads, collect all pertinent information, and set appointments
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of appropriate software including but not limited to: Microsoft
- Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous administrative assistant and data entry experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor
- Desire to be great!
