We are seeking bi-lingual (English & Spanish) production experience in soccer to join our team!
IMG Studios is the rights holder to providing coverage of Major League Soccer (MLS) via Apple TV in North America. This role is a key team member supporting production and coverage of studio and field production teams. This person will be part of the production management team in the NY Studio in Harlem. We're looking for financial acumen to handle budgets and spend, operations expertise, coordination and logistics, and extensive experience working in production and studios.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for soccer, be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, and have the ability to work out of NY-based studio through the work week, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain Studio Cost Tracker
- Manage Studio Calendar
- Crew above-the-line production positions.
- Create call sheets and distribution re: current and new events at the Studio.
- Weekly Studio Operations call with Editorial and Technical team.
- Vendor & Personnel Onboarding; crew point of contact at the studio.
- Vendor Liaison - Catering, Lighting Directors, etc.
- Manage Personnel Data Sets
- Availability, Feedback, onboarding etc.
- Leagues Cup Studio Lead - Overall Planning and Execution
- Assist PM with any Special Events in Studio
- Assist in-studio content team (Spanish & English)
- Assist with Studio Cost Trackers + Calendar.
- Assist with gathering freelancers availability.
- Vendor & Personnel Onboarding (First leg; engagement, documents, payreel add).
- Manage Talent food orders and any special requests.
- Weekly Studio Catering Orders.
- On-site deployment as required, in addition to local support.
- Supports both Remote PM and NY-based PM as required.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$75,000 annually
