Job Title:         Luxury Brand Ambassador – Italian FragranceBrand

Status:             Project Based:  July – September

Visits:               6 hours per week

Availability:     Flexible schedule

Pay rate:          $25/hour

Position Summary:

Winston has partnered with a luxury lifestyle brand known amongst affluent crowds and movie stars with very high price points attracting loyal high-income consumers who love timeless elegance.  We are seeking a highly motivated, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador with an undeniable passion for operating as a true personal “advisor” to clients.  The successful candidate will create positive impressions with the store team and clients by bringing the best self to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on all brand product categories – sampling/testing men’s fragrance

• Ensuring all products are represented and displayed to brands’ visual directives

• Understanding of the brand heritage, values, message, and target audience
• Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures as set by Winston Retail

• Complete a store visit report and provide before and after photography

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 year’s client interaction within the luxury retail environment
• Experience in the luxury fragrance, jewelry, and/or beauty industry
• Influence purchase decisions by mastering the art of balancing patience and assertiveness
• Knowledge of the high-end market, and following fashion and fragrance trends
• Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (showcase completed work)

• Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app 
• Due to the flexible nature of the position, days and hours may vary depending on peak sales times
