ECHO is hiring a Production Clerk! The Production Clerk is responsible for coordinating all Production activities for Assembly, Molding, Maintenance, Warehouse Receiving and QC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and place employee orders for units and service parts.
- Coordinates shop floor personnel activities and acquires shop uniforms for Assembly, Molding, Maintenance, Warehouse Receiving and QC.
- Assist in planning daily tasks to support shift activities and meet schedule requirements.
- Responsible for scanning and filing new operator assembly station training checklist, new process training form and new engine adjuster training checklist.
- Monitors and coordinates office supplies for assembly.
- Reviews and records labor hours by date/item for operator training and records actual production hours by day by line.
- Responsible for collecting “New Employee Performance. Evaluation” and “Employee Termination” forms and sends to HR.
- Reviews employee call messages and provides information to Supervisors and Group Leaders.
- Maintains, monitors, and assigns employee lockers.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to develop, update, and monitor daily and weekly metrics essential for materials picking on the production lines.
- Performs various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department and company.
- Monitors cage items and place purchase orders for non-inventory items to use in assembly.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
- Ability to write and report production activity with adequate clarity and detail.
- Must be computer literate.
- Proficient in communication with individuals at all levels of management.
