Well, we have grown, and our new Production Assistant will help us move our Mission forward by assisting and supporting various functions within the business, from production to fulfillment. Working across multiple categories, the ideal candidate will add their creativity, inspiration and passion to help us continue to improve and expand a line of products that is reflective of our brand’s Mission and standards. Main tasks include:

· Following formulas according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring uniformity and consistency for every batch and production run.

· Maintaining good record keeping in alignment with cGMP practices—this includes documenting sanitation metrics, supporting necessary editing and implementation of SOPs for the kitchen relating to daily operations, compliance standards and production.

· Adhering to SOPs for cleaning and sanitation in the production areas.

· Aid in packaging of product and fulfillment when necessary.

· Assist with quality assurance and procedure audits and take appropriate measures to ensure all products are completed to specification.

· Updating and inputting production data into our digital records.

· Other tasks as directed by the Production Manager.

Skills, Experience & Abilities:

· Previous experience in the food service industry, manufacturing, or production.

· Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Comfortable in adapting to changes in process or protocols.

· Motivation toward process improvement with an ability to be creative in streamlining process and flow systems.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

· The ability to regularly lift 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Other Requirements:

· Current Oregon Food Handlers Card (or ability to acquire one within 10 days of hire).
