Production Administrative Assistant

Position: Production Admin

Duration: Permanent employment

Location: Santee

Hours: Full time, 8-5 Mond - Frid

Pay: $22/hr

As the Production Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the lab and production teams but given the opportunity for exposure to multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Weekly department meeting including taking minutes and organizing reports

Tracking production levels for various reporting metrics

Manage data for required weekly reporting to QA, Inventory and other production related fields

Partner with Senior Leadership for projects as needed

Assist with department communication including managing calls, emails and drafting interdepartmental notices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years manufacturing experience, must be comfortable in production and lab environment

Proficient MS Office skills, Word / Outlook / Excel

Willingness to take on new tasks and grow with organization
