Product Support Manager (USA) (Experienced, Part-Time)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves supporting our existing customer base and demonstrating our solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will work remotely but should be available to travel for up to 10 days per month to various customer locations across the USA.
Responsibilities: First Technical Contact Point Be the first technical point of contact for Alethea US customers. Provide technical support for existing setups, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues promptly. Documentation and calls required to synchronize with the India team Upgrade & Maintenance Upgrade customer and evaluation setups with the latest versions Sales Demo & Evaluation Support Need to maintain a dedicated personal WiCheck demo setup. Should be able to ship it to and back from Customer Location as per the need. Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers. Documentation and Calls required to synchronize with the India team. Travel with-in US Travel to different customer locations fostering strong relationships. Be available to support customers across all 4 US time zones. Customers follow-up
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Previous experience in a similar technical support or field application engineering role. Strong will to understand our products and WiFi Test & Measurement Industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information effectively. Flexibility to travel for up to 10 days per month.
