Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced LinkedIn and Google Ads Expert with a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, particularly in the realms of application modernization, geographical information solutions, and big data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract top talent, and drive business growth. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn and Google Ads Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn and Google Ads strategies to increase visibility and engagement within the US staffing market.
• Tailor campaigns to specifically target professionals in application modernization, geographical information solutions, and big data domains.
• Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
• Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach niche audiences within the US staffing landscape.
• Leverage data analytics to identify and segment potential candidates, ensuring precise ad targeting and messaging.
• Campaign Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad content, visuals, and targeting parameters for optimal results.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives and business goals.
• Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance metrics.
• Industry Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in application modernization, geographical information solutions, and big data.
• Apply insights to refine and enhance digital marketing strategies. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns in the US staffing industry.
• Deep knowledge of application modernization, geographical information solutions, and big data domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Previous experience in US staffing and technology-related industries preferred.
