POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing deep technical knowledge about our suite of products. This individual will work closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our products are correctly represented, implemented, and supported in diverse industrial settings.

- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product suite, including technical specifications, applications, and integration capabilities.
- Digital Material Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, refine, and maintain digital product materials, ensuring accurate representation of product features, benefits, and technical details for online channels.
- E-commerce Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, ensure accurate product categorization, and assist in devising strategies to improve online sales conversions.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and solutions to customers, understanding their unique requirements, and ensuring that our products meet or exceed those needs.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to deliver accurate product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for prospective clients and partners.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams by providing feedback from the field to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Training: Develop and conduct internal training sessions to ensure that all relevant teams are up-to-date with product changes, updates, and best practices.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the industrial sensing realm.
- Support operations team with ad-hoc requests addressing all phases of product lifecycle
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, finance, or economics discipline.
- Fluency in English is required, second language or demonstrated international experience is a strong plus.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly explanations.
- Takes initiative and is committed to gaining knowledge required to become product expert
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
- Willingness to travel for client demonstrations, industry conferences, and internal meetings.
