Visionary Brands, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our amazing Customer Support Team as a Full-Time Automotive Technical Support and Product E-Commerce Specialist! As an Automotive Technical Support and Product E-Commerce Specialist, you will be assisting customers by troubleshooting and diagnosing a variety of Product and installation-related issues via phone, customer support tickets, emails, and LiveChat messages. 

Visionary Brands, Inc. is an e-Commerce business selling some unrivaled Aftermarket Automotive accessories. We are located in West Berlin, NJ, and our hours of operation are M-F ranging from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in addition to extended hours during the Holiday season. 

*Our Customer Support Department office renovations are officially complete! All of our Automotive Technical Support and Product E-Commerce Specialists now have private office spaces complete with sit/stand desks, floor-to-ceiling glass office windows, and more areas for Customer Product Testing!

Tasks Include:

• Actively Work as Team-Player to Accomplish Team Goals and Improve Products and Technology Processes
• Developing Strong Knowledge of Full Line of Products
• Assisting Customers by Diagnosing a Variety of Product and Installation-Related Issues via Telephone, Customers Support Tickets, Emails, and LiveChat Messages 
• Responding to Inbound Sales and Voicemail Messages
• Test New Product Samples and Provide Feedback to Improve Current Product Technology
• Testing and Troubleshooting Customer Product Returns
• Investigating and Troubleshooting Issues Related to Repairs or Procedures to Correct Issues with Electrical or Mechanical Systems
• Conducting Research and Investigations to Determine Validity of Warranty Claims and Warranty Policy Adjustments, as required
• Utilizing Business Systems and Resources to Quickly and Accurately Locate Answers to Questions 
• Facilitating setting up, checking in, and processing of order returns and exchanges
• Documenting Daily Tasks in Project Management Software
• Other Duties as Assigned

 Qualification Requirements:

• Strong Automotive Knowledge Required
• Strong Knowledge of Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Systems (i.e., 12-volt Electrical Systems and Components)
• Previous Customer Service Experience a PLUS!
• Excellent Phone Etiquette

• Ability to Communicate Complex Information to Customers

This is a full-time, entry-level position, starting at $20/hr based on experience with guaranteed full-time hours weekly. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes a background check and drug screen.
