We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Duties:
- Doing price adjustments and keeping prices competitive across multiple ecommerce platforms including but not limited to Ebay, Amazon and our own website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Monitoring competitor pricing
- Keeping pricing updated across platforms and for new listings
- Manage product listings, including content creation, optimization
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMSRUSH
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and IT to ensure the effective execution of e-commerce initiatives
- Utilize revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
- Maintain an organized database of competitive pricing research and notes on latest relevant e-commerce platform updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of product management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Netsuite is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
