Description
The North America Stores Onsite Marketing team is looking for a customer-obsessed, highly entrepreneurial Product Marketing Manager with strong merchandising, organizational and analytical skills. You will be responsible for supporting cross-category campaigns and seasonal events merchandising strategies.
The ideal candidate is a strong product marketer and project manager who is data-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. You will leverage experimentation and performance data to develop new and optimize existing channel marketing processes, and implement best practices and playbooks that help customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across all retail categories.
You will be expected to partner with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to our Events Marketing, Product and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact in a burgeoning space while collaborating closely with talented marketing, business and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.
Key job responsibilities
NASM Homepage support for high-priority seasonal events
Identify merchandising gaps and devise experimentation plans to optimize missing placements
Track KPIs and progress to goals to measure success of campaigns, experimentation and new initiatives
Develop processes to gather inputs from partner teams and communicate back with key information and deadlines
Actively investigate and suggest new ways to help customers discover products on Amazon
Manage and report out on project status and results
About the team
The newly developed NAS Marketing & Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing or marketing research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
