" Healthcare experience (ideally in claims; companies like Optum, BSCS, etc.)
" Business process Automation.
" Experience creating product design requirements.
" Must understand what BOTSA can do and more importantly what they're limitations are
" Soft Skills: Eager, curious, and desire to learn are all qualities that they want to see in this candidate.

- They build automated solutions, not new products but bridge solutions that can fill any gaps.
- They create automated BOTS, machine learning & RPA opportunities.
" Healthcare experience (ideally in claims; companies like Optum, BSCS, etc.)
" Business process Automation.
" Experience creating product design requirements.
" Must understand what BOTSA can do and more importantly what they're limitations are

- Bachelor's degree + 5-7+ years of related experience
