We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:
1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024
2.May 27, 2024 to August 16, 2024
3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a bold and visionary product strategy for Creative AI product portfolio that sets a new standard for advertising creativity and innovation.
- Work closely with PMs and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of TikTok's advertisers, and use that knowledge to develop new and innovative ad products that leverage the power of AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that meet user needs and exceed business objectives.
- Partner with business development and sales teams to drive adoption of new products and features among advertisers, and to develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Track and analyze key product metrics, and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.
- Currently pursuing an MBA or a related technical discipline;
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
- Product management experience building products for creatives and advertisers
- Strong experience with Generative AI or other AI technologies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.
Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.
