About the Role

The Sr. Product Manager role at 1Path holds a strategic role, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This position is critical for the full lifecycle management of our product suite, from ideation to execution. As a leader in the Product Management department, you will shape the future of our offerings and ensure they continue to set the standard in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management function by working with Sales and solutions to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and meet market demands.
• Spearhead the introduction of new products, managing the cross-functional implementation of the product plan.
• Oversee system administration, analyze product and vendor profitability, and coordinate training and marketing strategies to boost product success.
• Act as a facilitator for sales and solutions to include being a client-facing point of contact for specialized product knowledge
• Direct market research, competitor analysis, and customer outreach to ensure our products align with client needs and industry trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and innovation.
• Measure and optimize product performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, overseeing pricing strategies, product updates, and transitions to emerging technologies.
• Maintain and develop team competencies, staying ahead of the curve in product management practices and industry knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management within technology services, demonstrating progressive leadership and strategic thinking.
• A strong background in managing product lifecycles, with a proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
• Extensive knowledge of Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions (Azure/AWS/VMWare/Veeam), Microsoft technologies, and networking solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to drive innovation and change, backed by analytical skills to craft strategies informed by market insights and operational metrics.
• Experience in P&L management, with an emphasis on developing and executing cross-sell strategies that drive revenue growth

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Recognized certifications in Product Management, ITIL, or related technical fields.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for articulating product value and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and team collaboration.

• Base salary estimated range between $120,000 to $150,000 annual. The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
