Wonder Press is a 100% organic cold-pressed juice shop with a production kitchen located in Longmont.
We are seeking an experienced natural food chef to help us develop and manage our production kitchen.
We have two departments, Juice and Grab & Go Food with a total of 10-15 employees.
We produce Monday, Tuesday & Thursday-Saturday (closed Wednesday & Sunday) and deliver our products to our own two stores (Boulder and Longmont) three nights/week.
There are many new products we would love to develop and implement, but the most important thing is to make sure our current menu is executed with excellence, our equipment is well taken care of and our team has the tools and training they need to succeed.
We are seeking someone who enjoys producing very high quality products and takes pride in what their team accomplishes. The Production Manager works closely with our store managers and reports to our owner.
We are specifically looking for:
- A love of beautiful, clean, healthy food.
- Experience leading and training team members.
- Dedication to maintain a clean and well organized kitchen.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
- Experience testing and costing recipes.
- A desire to help create and document systems (write and implement SOPs).
- A positive can-do attitude, sense of urgency and desire to be part of a team.

- Cold-pressed juices: green juices, root juices, ginger/turmeric shots, etc.

- Bone and vegetable broths (pasture-raised, humane, organic, grass-fed)

Job Requirements
- Food Safety Certification (we can provide)
- Driver's License
- Personal laptop that can be brought to work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- 35-45 hrs/week (paid OT)
