Product Manager - Governance Research

ISS is hiring! We are seeking a Product Manager with familiarity in corporate governance to join our team.
In this role you will:

• Assess industry trends, client needs (including problem identification) and competitive landscape for ISS Governance Research through market research and competitive intelligence assessments
• Serve as project leader and content expert for ISS Governance Research initiatives. Includes leading external and internal client consultations, developing requirements, defining test procedures, developing and implementing training and quality assurance plans, and obtaining user acceptance
• Lead cross functional resources to enable timely product launches
• Represent ISS in various client and market forums, including hosting webcasts, presenting at client events and attending industry forums

Requirements

• Superior analysis, presentation and communication skills
• Deep understanding of the corporate governance landscape
• Excellent project management and time-management skills
• Strong leadership skills, able to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong background in understanding and servicing clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
• Minimum of five years experience in corporate governance or related field
