To help us further our mission, we’re looking to hire a well-organized and experienced CRM Product Manager who will work with us to implement a Customer Relationship Management solution. This is a 12-18 month Independent Contractor position.
CRM Product Manager Responsibilities:
Work with business teams to document implementation objectives and success metrics
Understand requirements from an InterExchange perspective, including use cases, reporting needs, and department views
Actively engage in business process improvement discussions to identify organization-wide solutions when implementing CRM features
Coordinate between stakeholders, business partners and engineering to design solutions that use CRM best practices to solve problems
Prioritize the backlog, facilitate the estimation of stories and plan iterations according to capacity
Perform user training, gather feedback and ensure knowledge is shared across departments
Monitor adoption of capabilities and create plans to improve usage
Support business teams with CRM reporting and analysis
Document, troubleshoot, and prioritize CRM issues with support from our software engineers and vendors
Our Ideal CRM Product Manager will be experienced with the following:
Proven success implementing a CRM system
Experience with change management
Experience creating documentation and performing user training in a CRM
Our Ideal CRM Product Manager will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science (or related)
5-8 years Product Management Experience
Passion for technology and the impact it can have on the world
The ability to actively communicate, collaborate, inspire and motivate staff at all levels
The ability to think and act strategically and proactively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Keen attention to detail
Google analytics experience
You will report to the Group Product Manager.

Compensation Range: $125 - 130/hour

Availability: This is a 12-18 month contract position;35-40 hours per week. Hours are flexible but the candidate should be generally available between 10AM and 3PM EST.
