We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Debt Product Manager to spearhead the creation of a new product focused on Commercial Real Estate debt. This product will provide JLL’s Debt Advisory business with the platform and data to drive growth and serve clients more effectively. As the Debt Product Manager, you will lead the effort to understand user needs, define the product strategy and roadmap, and work cross-functionally to develop and launch a world-class debt product. This role sits within the broader Capital Markets technology group, which is part of JLL Technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop a clear product strategy and roadmap for this new debt product. Ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that the product is delivered to the required standard, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, plan and execute product launches, a change management approach, and user training.
Continuously track and analyze product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize features, functionality, and user experience.
Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to business and technology stakeholders, aligning expectations and gathering feedback.
Leverage your understanding of commercial real estate debt to identify opportunities for product innovation, anticipate industry shifts, and remain at the forefront of market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Real Estate, Finance or another relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the commercial real estate or financial markets industries.
Good understanding of debt financing, loan processes, underwriting or deal execution, particularly in the context of commercial real estate.
Proven track record of creating and launching successful products in fast-paced, agile environments.
Background in driving outcomes and impact, underpinned by clear success metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with development teams using agile methodologies.
Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.
