Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Product Information Specialist to join our team! The core responsibility of this role is to gather all technical features and benefit information regarding products so they can be advertised correctly on our website product pages. You will report to the Product Support Supervisor.
- Utilize the applications needed to complete responsibilities
- Gather technical features and benefit information on all purchased SKUs and enter into our Workhorse application
- Create and maintain a vendor reference library and contact vendors for additional information as needed
- Review photo samples for Product Information when printed information is not available from the vendor
- Assist Buyer teams and eComm managers when needed for updates to technical copy
- Assist the Merchandise Operational Specialists and Copywriters in locating missing copy
- Update Workhorse application with technical copy and JIRAs for the Editorial team to update web copy
- Monitor the Workhorse application to ensure product details (model and SKU information) are correct and consistent
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Knowledge of computers, specifically spreadsheets and database tools is required
- Read and interpret documents - for example, procedure manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, Teams)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Can effectively communicate with those at different levels within the organization
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience with these applications is helpful but not required:
- Vendor Image and Technical Copy Portals, Workhorse, Power BI for reviewing PO and inventory receipts, Common Product, and SES (Sku Establishment System)
- Training will be provided

Benefits:The base salary range is $16 - $20 / hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
