The Navistar Parts & Service Team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
This position will be responsible for achieving revenue and market share targets related to product management and promotions that result in a customer experience second to none, including defining strategies across the organization that result in increased market penetration and performance of the Parts & Service business and dealer network. Navistar's dealer network includes over 800 International and IC Bus dealership locations across North America and a leader in aftermarket parts and service.
This role is key to the success of our customers, dealers and Navistar.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve revenue and margin targets for Navistar's Parts business.
- Outline the strategic vision associated with market requirements and product positioning to drive competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing and Procurement to craft and communicate messaging that differentiates products in the marketplace.
- Technical knowledge of an Internal Combustion Engine and understanding of the developing BEV market.
- Experience developing programs through Navistar's Product Readiness process.
- Develop innovative tools that assist the Sales organization in advancing the value proposition.
- Oversee and direct strategy for portfolios with a focus on the International and ReNewed brands, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the corresponding core business.
- Be on the forefront of establishing business plans and actions to advance market intelligence related to buyers, competitors, and new trends in the marketplace.
- Manage, develop, and coach Product Managers.
- Build and maintain a high performing culture resulting in organic and innovative ideas.
- Manage programs, promotions, and sales channel through company CRM.
- Enhance customer experiences by having a one-team approach with the Service, Truck and Supply Chain teams to maximize Company profitability.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
- At least 6 years management experience
- Master's degree
- At least 10 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

- At least 6 years management experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate), and Word (Intermediate)
