Job Description
- Requirements Gathering: Create and refine requirements (epics, user stories); proactively answer queries from designers and engineers, ensuring they have all they need.
- Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain product documentation that complies with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, collect feedback through design reviews, and usability testing.
- Agile Development: Participate in scrum ceremonies and ensure agile methodologies are adhered to.
- Design Collaboration: Create lo-fi wireframes when needed. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that healthcare products provide an optimal user experience for both healthcare professionals and patients.
- Testing: Be actively involved in test case planning. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
- Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to understand healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices to inform product development and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, and implementation teams to drive product success.
- Early Adopter Collaboration: Partner with early users to obtain feedback on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare experience (behavioral health preferred)
- Experience in agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel 10% of working time, may include overnight/weekend travel.
- Must reside in one of the following states: MD, PA, WV, CO, NY, WI, NJ, IA, GA, FL, OH, MN
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
