Opportunity
Develop metrics and data reporting of Product Information Systems (PIM) systems used to drive web site online catalogs, mobile applications, and other applications. Assist in development of online catalogs and other projects utilizing PIM content.
Specific Responsibilities
• Work with Web Project Managers, clients, IT staff and external developers in development of new and redesigned online catalogs.
• Ensure that all proposed features of sites can be supported by available data.
• Coordinate collection, formatting, and entry of any additional data required to support site features.
• Oversee usage and maintenance of vendor-hosted location mapping (Where to Buy) databases.
• Develop and administer processes and procedures for export of content from the PIM for submission to external developers of electronic catalogs, web site, kiosks, and similar applications based on requirements provided by external developers.
• Create tools for periodic review and auditing of the PIM content and report on findings.
• Assist business unit content contributors with submission and maintenance of business specific content in the PIM systems.
• Recommend adjustments to workflows to facilitate efficient workflows for maintaining PIM.
• Assist in processing and submission of data to Kohler wholesale and retail customers both domestic and international.
• Train and provide initial user support for client access to inRiver PIM.
Skills/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and at least three years' experience in an agency, corporate environment, or equivalent service-oriented organization.
• Experience with database management tools and developing different levels of complex queries.
• Experience with programs to manipulate data into forms and formats required for submission to internal corporate databases.
• Experience with Power BI and InRiver PIM a plus.
• Must be a strategic thinker, team player and a good oral communicator.
• Delivers solid, realistic ideas with consistency.
• Understands the importance of details.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $81,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
