The Content Producer is primarily accountable for content and digital experience creation and management. This position will lead the development and execution of T-Mobile's content to support high-visibility campaigns and programs. The Content Producer is responsible for leading digital projects from an operational perspective and educating business partners how content strategy will improve the customer experience. Key to the role is constant optimization of T-Mobile's content across multiple channels. Content Producers deliver a strong pipeline of high-value, relevant, and engaging content and digital experiences that strengthen the T-Mobile brands and elevates T-Mobile's profile across customer segments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement complex content updates across T-Mobile digital channels and Apps by employing established content authoring & publishing processes
  • Collaborate with content colleagues to identify process improvements, solutions to unexpected challenges, and technology to unlock team capacity
  • Partner with colleagues from Accessibility, Analytics, SEO, Experience Design, Digital Marketing, Product Management, AEM Platform Operations, and Domain Management to drive goals focused on accessibility. scalability, and consistency
  • Analyze end-to-end customer experiences to ensure content is high quality and consistent in voice/tone/construction
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Content Ops across the digital organization on assigned projects and requests
  • Self-educate and train colleagues how to author newly developed AEM component and other authoring standard processes
  • Employ Adobe Target to implement contextual marketing on digital channels
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalist, Marketing or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • 4 years of Digital/web content production, eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar field experience
  • 4 years of Adobe suite (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target) or other content management systems experience
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery preferred
  • Experienced with Adobe Photoshop preferred
  • Experience with project management platforms (Jira preferred)
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• At least • 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Washington Pay Range : $98,800.00 - $133,600.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
