Location: Red Oak, TX As an on-site Procurement Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to support with all operational Procurement tasks from supplier identification to contractual agreements and customer satisfaction at our newly built facility in Red Oak, Texas. Please note that during the early part of 2024, the onboarding and training process will require occasional travel to West Chester, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work independently or as a team in troubleshooting and problem-solving assignments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement processes and strategies.
• Design specific solutions to technical requirements and implement them with the added capability of management.
• Ensure the continued reliability, availability, and stability of the infrastructure.
• Obtain goods/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.), Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Entry level with Vocational or Technical Education or obtained broad knowledge through extensive work experience in relevant roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
