Salary- Track major equipment delivery dates by reviewing FE Supply Chain documentation, PowerBI reports, and developing regular communication channels with Vendors
- Track delivery dates and coordinate readiness to on-site team
- Track minor material orders
- Primary vendors: Pepco (Professional Electrical Products Company; substation material packager) and Power Line Supply (transmission line material packager)
- Review BOMs and compare to Purchase Orders to verify correctness of item description and quantities
- Verify status of quotes and orders
- Produce reports to assist Project Managers in material readiness meetings
- Be (or become) knowledgeable of Transmission Line, Substation, and Communications material and equipment
- Occasionally visit vendor facilities to verify production readiness (future state)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
