HR and Professional Services, Procurement Sourcing Specialist

The Opportunity

The position holder will manage the local sourcing for HR and Professional Services to support requirements consistent with quality, reliability, service, cost, and delivery. Provides support to Global HR Services and Operations for the outsourcing, consulting, and administration of HR. Implement sourcing plans to manage the assigned project and associated activities as a member of multiple Global HR teams and support of multiple businesses.

The Role

Sourcing/Supplier Process

Manage the sourcing and supplier selection process, including creating a sourcing project, researching, and developing supplier shortlist, and assembling and managing RFP project team including:

• Conduct supplier qualifications, including scoring assessment results, analyzing information to evaluate risks, and completing due diligence reviews, following globally defined policies.
• Liaison between the business and suppliers.
• Manage all steps of the RFP process.
• Review assigned spend to ensure saving targets are met.
• Input to project reporting.

Contract Negotiation

• Perform local contract negotiation and management.
• Negotiate to award longer-term strategic contracts that result in cost reduction and improved service levels.
• Compile agreements according to services based on local law and global contracting. standards and review counter changes with Legal, based on global policies.
• Secure approval from proper signatories before confirming and publishing.
• Update, verify, and publish contract content in the Contract Management Systems (CMS)
• Assist on company contracts policy, templates, procedures and purchasing terms compliance, including supplying necessary contract guidelines.
• Facilitate the process of contract extensions or terminations.

Supplier/Stakeholder Relationships

• Manage local supplier relationships and performance, including dispute resolution.
• Communicate project specifications and requirements to potential vendors, and coordinate with them about project follow-up, timelines, troubleshooting, communication of terms and agreements, and standards.
• Manage long-term relationships with selected main strategic suppliers to form deep, mutually beneficial partner relationships.
• Communication among suppliers to ensure relationships are delivering their ongoing and intended value.
• Communicate with partners to identify Sourcing needs/opportunities.

Operational Procurement Support

• Work with Partners to provide guidance on supplier management and resolution of issues.
• Escalate and document or recurring issues with suppliers, supply chain, within Procurement or other parts of CSL that are (potentially) causing operational or quality issues or otherwise creating unnecessary risk.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, supply management, or related field preferred.
• Local language fluency; English language preferred.
• 3+ years of HR/Professional Services sourcing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating services/consulting agreements.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve problems,
• Make recommendations and draw valid conclusions.
• Use good reasoning skills.
• Manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.

Additional Comments:

• You will provide support on a Global Scale over different time zones.
• This is a hybrid position, with the expectation to be in office at 1020 First Avenue, King of Prussia, PA at least two days a week.
