JOB TITLE: Procurement Senior Manager

SUMMARY
Partnering directly with the CFO, the Procurement Sr. Manager will lead all aspects of the procurement, supply chain, and inventory management responsibilities for a growing cosmetics surgery healthcare partnership. The Procurement Sr. Manager oversees direct materials and will be accountable for managing the sourcing activities related to companies’ direct and indirect materials expenditure categories, such as implants, injectables, medical supplies, and more. Key duties encompass formulating and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize performance while minimizing overall costs, overseeing supplier relationships and negotiations, and spearheading inventory management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
· Lead and implement strategic sourcing initiatives across all direct and indirect spend categories.
· Analyze spending data to identify opportunities for cost savings, address non-contracted spending, and consolidate suppliers.
· Develop, document, and implement processes and systems aligning with company objectives.
· Conduct effective contract negotiations and proactively manage business relationships.
· Plan, prepare, and execute comprehensive supplier business reviews covering all aspects of the supplier-customer relationship.
· Establish par-levels for inventory management and establish controls for supply ordering at each location
· Regularly update and evaluate metrics to gauge performance and implement improvements.
· Ensure suppliers' adherence to federal, national, regional, and local laws and guidelines.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· This is a startup so the individual should have the mindset to help where help is needed.
· Travel may be required, but no % is assigned.
· Working model is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, supply chain, economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience buying across multiple categories in a multi-location environment.
· Proven track-record managing complex vendor relationships is a “must-have”.
· Experience working at a private equity-backed healthcare company is a plus.
· Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
· 8+ years of experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, negotiations, supply chain and inventory management.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office Suite, and financial software (NetSuite preferred)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
· Lead continuous improvement opportunities to improve upon total cost and address issues with supplier performance.
· Create and manage KPIs and metrics necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and the company’s competitiveness.

While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to risk of infectious diseases when interacting with patients and/or family members. The employee may be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
