Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement and Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management and strategic sourcing, with a focus on driving added value for the business through cost savings initiatives and sustainable procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal business needs by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify potential opportunities for added value within procurement categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to realize added value, including cost savings and green supply initiatives.
- Create Program of Requirements (PoR) or Scope of Work (SOW) documents to outline project objectives and deliverables.
- Set selection and awarding criteria to assess suppliers and their proposals effectively.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supplier long lists, and assess proposals to determine the best supplier fit.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Establish framework contracts and manage the registration, implementation, and ongoing management of these contracts.
- Monitor and approve off-contract spend internally, while also tracking and managing supplier performance externally.
- Foster strong supplier relationships through regular communication and the execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic suppliers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the annual Procurement plan by providing suggestions and executing agreed-upon initiatives.
- Report progress, planning, risks, and issues during the execution of procurement projects.
- Lead efforts to improve sourcing and related processes, including benchmarking across entities and with other companies in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required, preferably with Supply Chain Management or Procurement as a major.
- Procurement certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience in category management and strategic sourcing.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $150,000.00 - $208,000.00 per year
