Job Description
LHH is currently hiring for Procurement Contracts Manager for a reputable company located in Redmond, WA. Working alongside a procurement team, this person will be responsible for initiating, developing and managing the workflow of all contract related activities while ensuring compliance and cost-effective processes are followed.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement efforts to support procurement, contract management, supplier selection and sourcing
Work closely with customers to ensure quality, delivery and product standardization processes are aligned
Negotiate service agreements and ensure competitive goods and pricing
Oversee policy standards and contract workflow and ensure compliance of all contractual obligations
Track, manage and develop the workflow of contract needs
Ensure all contract data and information is appropriately entered into contract management tool
Guide and collaborate with key stakeholders and senior leadership on procurement and supply chain management for the organization
Support the procurement department on various tasks as assigned
Qualifications needed:
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain and contracts management in manufacturing or construction
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations or related
CPSM, CPIM or MCIPS a plus
Lean / Six-Sigma knowledge a plus
Strong Negotiation skills
Highly organized and analytical
Ability to manage multiple projects
This opportunity offers a compensation of $120k-$180k and full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD, LTD and PTO .
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
