Tibrio (sister company of Zeeto.io) is looking for a Procurement and Shipping Clerk. Although we are a remote company spread across the United States and Mexico, this position will have to report to a physical office as it involves photographing and sending physical products. The office will be in Fort Worth, TX. Depending on timing we may do a couple weeks of training remotely before we have you move into our brand new office. You will be the only in this space most of the time and so you must be independent and motivated. You will have freedom to make the space fun and your own.

Tibrio (sister company of Zeeto.io) is looking for a Procurement and Shipping Clerk. The office will be in Fort Worth, TX. Depending on timing we may do a couple weeks of training remotely before we have you move into our brand new office. Job Description/Requirements:
- Manage online Procurement and bulk purchase of a variety of consumer goods.
- Coordinate bulk digital gift card orders.
- Mass shipping preparation for samples distributions. Approximately 20,000 samples are sent each month.
- Occasional photography work to generate images of the consumer goods and/or gift cards as needed (no professional experience required).
- Work with online tools (Amazon, ShipStation, Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets) to enter and pull addresses where samples are being sent to. This requires the ability to be detail oriented as well as focused while performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds of inventory with assistance (dolly or other lifting devices).
- Coordinate pickup & drop off with Parcel Services.
- Must be a good teammate. Learning from and working with another shipping Coordinator and our reporting to our Inventory and Fulfillment Team Manager
- Must show up on time, consistently. Unexcused or unreported absences will not be tolerated.
